Over the last few months we have made many additions to the gym's equipment. Some new things that you will see around the gym are heavier dumbbells, an elliptical, a stationary bike, and a landmine.
We are very excited about the landmine because it can be used for so many different things. There is a misconception about landmines that they are only for upper body workouts but that is not the case. You can use the landmine to target all body parts and use it for dynamic movements to work your core. What is your favorite exercise to use the landmine for?
