 After completing his college football career at Boston College, John began to train athletes around the greater Philadelphia area. He has trained hundreds of athletes and many have gone on to play at the division one level in their sport. His overall passion for fitness has led him to pursue training all individuals. He follows some of the same sports performance principles he uses with his athletes with regular training clients and has seen tremendous results. John is always researching, developing, and implementing strategies to help his clients achieve their full fitness potential.
