Kevin is a trainer at Hybrid fitness as well as a competitive USAPL powerlifter and drug free bodybuilder who specializes in strength training and corrective exercise. He has trained people with a variety of contraindications to exercise including those with severe low back pain and knee pain. He is also an expert when it comes to periodized, progressive programing for anyone at any fitness level from beginner to advanced athlete.

Kevin is eager to help you reach your goals no matter what.  His experience ranging from maximal strength and power output, to aesthetic, physique goals, and corrective exercise make him the perfect option for every client no matter their athletic ability and exercise experience. He has a superb ability to refine and critique exercise form making him an excellent trainer for beginners to learn the ropes and experienced athletes to up their game.
