6 Week Summer Bootcamp

Start Date: Monday May 15th

End Date: Friday June 23rd

Bootcamp will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6am-7am weekly.  The workouts will consist of circuit training, endurance training, weight training, and plyometrics.  The intensity of the workouts will increase each week throughout the 6-week duration.  Modifications will be provided for every movement allowing individuals of any fitness level  to participate.  Each boot camp participant will also be taught how to track their macro nutrient intakes.
