About Me

From a young age, I have been deeply involved in high-level sports competition, with a primary focus on martial arts, specifically wrestling and jiu-jitsu. My journey in these disciplines has not only honed my physical abilities but also instilled a profound understanding of discipline, resilience, and the importance of holistic health.

Philosophy

I firmly believe that physical and mental health should be everyone’s top priority. My mission is to empower my clients to achieve this through personalized fitness and nutrition plans. My training approach emphasizes strength, mobility, and endurance, aiming to enhance overall well-being and performance.

Experience

With over six years of dedicated research into the benefits of movement and strength training, I have spent the past three years applying this knowledge by training clients one-on-one, in groups, and online. My real passion lies in helping people discover and reach their full potential.

Doug

Owner

Doug has over 15 years of experience in competitive sports and fitness. During his own fitness journey, he really fell in love with boxing and was impressed by what an effective full-body strength, endurance, and cardiovascular workout it was. He decided to create a gym that offered boxing in combination with traditional fitness training programming for others looking to make body transformations.
 
Now Doug oversees his team of expert trainers, and ensures that clients all receive personalized attention, support, and coaching throughout their fitness journeys.
 
When he is not at the gym, Doug enjoys Philadelphia sports (and the Packers!), live music, and spending time with his wife, twin step-daughters, their toddler Scarlett, and of course Sigmund the Frenchie.
