Hybrid is AMAZING! I love the fact that if you want to go at 2 am and have the whole gym to yourself you can! You also have the option to take classes as well! There is an entire boxing room and great equipment. Doug the owner is a super nice guy and makes videos on YouTube all the time with new exercises to try. They also do a workout of the week so if you’re not sure what to do you can just follow that! If you are in the area and need a gym I HIGHLY recommend it. More unique equipment than the big box gyms and soooo Insanely less crowded. Love this place!read more

Love Hybrid Fitness! My has been daughter taking boxing lessons here since last year. HF was recommended to us by a school friend. Doug is a fantastic instructor and Sam looks forward to going back each week. They also offer a variety of classes, personal training, etc. that I hope to take advantage of one day 😉read more

Doug and his trainers are professionals that know how to workout. I use dean and Chris and every time I train with them I get the best workout. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the gym is clean and well lit with 24/7 access. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone from beginner to advancedread more

Hybrid Fitness was one of the best gyms I have ever been a member of. Doug and the rest of the trainers were always welcoming and respectful. I mostly used the gym (fully utilizing the 24/hr access) but I may come back for the boxing classes. I highly recommend.read more

I’ve been going to Hybrid the last year and I love it! Vibe is laid back and fun, not intimidating at all. I’ve been doing personal training with Doug who is always responsive and knowledgeable and always willing to work with my requests to compromise! Hybrid Fitness is a great gym! I always felt uncomfortable and judged working out in popular, crowded gyms, so when I found Hybrid Fitness, I fell in love. The trainers are so motivational, friendly, and always willing to help you. Even the other people working out here are all friendly and no one seems to judge. I have been training with Doug Dewitt for about a year and a half now and I can honestly say he made me look forward to going to the gym. Doug creates specific workout routines accustomed to each individual he works with, including myself. He has made me stronger, more fit, and more self-confident in my body. He has gotten to know me so well, that when he sees I am stressed, he has us box because it is a huge form of stress relief, while still a workout. It’s not just Doug, though. All of the trainers at Hybrid Fitness - Doug, Chris, Nick, Andre - are great at training their clients and making them laugh along the way. There are also a variety of work out classes you can take at Hybrid Fitness and if you would rather be alone, this gym has all of the appliances necessary to complete your workout. I recommend Hybrid Fitness to everyone who lives in the Montgomery County area. I was looking for a boxing class to take my daughter to and I am so happy I found Hybrid Fitness! Ray teaches our class and he is great. He pushes us to improve technique and we have fun doing it. He has a great balance of critique and encouragement that keeps us feeling motivated to improve. We really look forward to our classes every week.read more
