I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise with a specialization in corrective and functional exercise. I received a Bachelor of Science in Intelligence Analysis and decided to use my analysis skills within the fitness domain. I grew up playing tennis and now spend most of my time training for triathlon events. My motivation as a Personal Trainer is to help people do what they love for as long as possible and to the best of their abilities. I enjoy sharing how powerful exercise can be in supporting mental health. Whatever your goals may be running your first 5k, winning an upcoming tennis tournament, or setting a new squat personal best, I look forward to getting creative to curate a program that helps you achieve your unique goals.

Owner

Doug has over 15 years of experience in competitive sports and fitness. During his own fitness journey, he really fell in love with boxing and was impressed by what an effective full-body strength, endurance, and cardiovascular workout it was. He decided to create a gym that offered boxing in combination with traditional fitness training programming for others looking to make body transformations.
 
Now Doug oversees his team of expert trainers, and ensures that clients all receive personalized attention, support, and coaching throughout their fitness journeys.
 
When he is not at the gym, Doug enjoys Philadelphia sports (and the Packers!), live music, and spending time with his wife, twin step-daughters, their toddler Scarlett, and of course Sigmund the Frenchie.
